Batchmore provides cleaning services based on an initial assessment of your premises and requirements.
All services are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if conditions are unsuitable or unsafe.
3. Free assessments
Free assessments are offered without obligation.
An assessment allows us to:
review the space to be cleaned
understand requirements
discuss suitable cleaning methods
provide a proposal where appropriate
A free assessment does not constitute a binding agreement.
4. Quotes and proposals
Any pricing or proposal provided after an assessment is based on the information available at the time.
Quotes:
are indicative unless otherwise stated
may change if the scope of work changes
must be accepted before services commence
5. Bookings and scheduling
Bookings are confirmed once agreed by both parties.
Clients are responsible for:
providing accurate contact and address details
ensuring access to the premises at the agreed time
informing us of any changes that may affect the service
Failure to provide access may result in a missed appointment.
6. Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please notify us as soon as possible.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee, depending on the service type and notice given.
Details will be communicated at the time of booking.
7. Payments
Payment terms will be agreed prior to the start of services.
Unless otherwise stated:
invoices are payable within the agreed timeframe
late payments may result in suspension of services
All prices are subject to applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
8. Client responsibilities
Clients must ensure that:
the premises are safe and accessible
any hazards or sensitive areas are disclosed in advance
valuable or fragile items are secured
Batchmore is not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed risks or unsuitable conditions.
9. Cleaning methods and outcomes
Batchmore uses green steam cleaning and people-friendly cleaning products as part of its Clean Green approach.
While we aim to achieve high-quality results:
outcomes may vary depending on surface condition, materials and prior maintenance
cleaning does not guarantee restoration or repair of damaged surfaces

10. Liability
Batchmore will take reasonable care in delivering services.
We are not liable for:
pre-existing damage
normal wear and tear
issues caused by structural defects or poor maintenance
Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
